5. FEED your faith, starve your fears!
6. Realize that motion (how you act) creates emotion.
7. Make today count. It the only day you can control.
8. Reflect rather than react to adversity.
9. When we have adversity, it usually brings the best out of most people!
10. Adversity makes you stronger because it prepares you to the new normal, as nothing will stay the same!
