In my previous posts I discussed the benefits of mind mapping. It is utilized in companies in many ways by teams in various roles. A survey by mind mapping expert Chuck Frey, shows that business users of mind mapping believe their productivity has increased on average by 25%. An example I wanted to share today is a mind map for project planning. Have a printer make a poster of this example to allow your team to contribute with ideas including sticky notes and pictures.
